If I downgrade my account, when does it take effect?
When you select to downgrade your billing plan, that adjustment takes effect within your account immediately. If you want to remain on your current billing plan until the end of the current cycle, you will need to wait to downgrade the account. Additionally, per Klaviyo terms of service - we do not provide refunds for downgrades.
