Learn how to request a different support and success package. Klaviyo offers 3 tiers for support and success:
- Standard
- Professional
- Enterprise

Note that the professional and enterprise support and success plans are only available for accounts paying above a certain amount per month. See the table below for eligibility.

Request a different support plan
- Select your organization’s name in the bottom left corner.
- Click Billing > Change plan.
- Choose either Current Plan or Choose Plan to either keep your current plan or upgrade, respectively.
- In the Success and support packages section, click Edit.
Note that this section will not appear if you are not eligible for the professional or enterprise plans.
- Choose an eligible plan.
- Click Confirm to finish.
