Learn how to request a different support and success package. Klaviyo offers 3 tiers for support and success:

  • Standard
  • Professional
  • Enterprise

Note that the professional and enterprise support and success plans are only available for accounts paying above a certain amount per month. See the table below for eligibility.

Request a different support plan

Request a different support plan

  1. Select your organization’s name in the bottom left corner.
  2. Click Billing > Change plan.
  3. Choose either Current Plan or Choose Plan to either keep your current plan or upgrade, respectively.

  4. In the Success and support packages section, click Edit.
    Note that this section will not appear if you are not eligible for the professional or enterprise plans.

  5. Choose an eligible plan.

  6. Click Confirm to finish.
