Overview
The activity log is a self-service audit trail that provides visibility into all actions performed within your Klaviyo account. Instead of contacting Klaviyo support to investigate account changes, you can now independently track who made a change, what that change was, and when it happened.
This transparency helps ensure account security, simplifies compliance auditing, and allows you to quickly troubleshoot configuration issues by identifying the source of specific updates.
In this article, you will learn:
- Who can access the activity log.
- The benefits of using the audit trail for your business.
- How to navigate and filter the log.
