There are a few ways you can group your customers specifically based on filling out a signup form. If your form is collecting any specific information, you can utilize that custom profile property to group your customers.

For example, if you are selling a journal and you have a coupon for customers who want to purchase the journal and sign up to your list - you can assign a hidden property or a custom profile property through the form of "journal" and then use that property to segment your customers.

If your form is collecting multiple options, such as what type of emails the customer wants to receive or the frequency - you can use these custom profile properties to create segments as well.

Finally, you can group customers based on the $consent_form_id assigned to user profiles when they fill out a Klaviyo signup form. This ID for the form is found in the URL link of the form, such as Klaviyo.com/forms/KAViYo. You would then create a segment where you look up "properties about someone" where the $consent_form_id equals KAViYo. This allows you to group customers that filled out this form. It is important to note that if the customer fills out another form, their $consent_form_id will be overwritten with the ID of the latest Klaviyo form they submitted.
