Learn how to add trusted devices to your Klaviyo account.
Before you beginBefore you begin
The ability to add trusted devices adds an extra layer of security to your Klaviyo account. However, we encourage you to enable multi-factor authentication as a best practice to ensure the protection of your Klaviyo account.
When you log in via a device that is not trusted, you will be required to confirm your login with a verification code that will be sent to your email address. Once you mark a device as trusted, you will not be required to complete this step again for the particular device.
Mark a device as trustedMark a device as trusted
- Log into Klaviyo on the new device
- Enter a verification code that will be sent to you by email
- Note: verification codes will expire within 2 hours of being sent
- Check Don't ask again for this device before clicking Log In
This will mark your device as trusted so you don't have to verify your login every time. You should only mark devices that are not publicly used as trusted to ensure the security of your account.
If you receive a verification email but you did not attempt to log in on a new device, change your password immediately.
