Learn how to change the email address and password for your account.
This article only applies to those who are already logged in. If you are unable to log in to your account, see How to reset your Klaviyo password.
Change your account's email or password
- Click your organization name in the bottom left corner.
- Select Settings.
- Under the Account tab, select Personal.
- Follow the steps depending on if you want to change your email or password:
- Email
- Under Login email, add your updated email address.
- Verify that this information is correct.
- Select Save.
- Password
- Under Login password, input your current password.
- Add you updated password under New Password.
- Re-enter your new password to verify it.
- Select Save.
- Email
Logging in and out of your account
If you have multiple Klaviyo accounts that are not linked to the same email address, you must log out and then log back in to switch between accounts.
To log out:
- Select your organization name in the bottom left corner.
- Click Log out.
To log in:
- Navigate to Klaviyo.com
- In the top right corner, select Log in.
- Enter the email address and password associated with your account.
- Click Log in.
Alternatively, you can create a multi-account, which allows you to link multiple Klaviyo accounts to a single email address and password, so you can log in once to access and easily switch between accounts.
