Is this a different Klaviyo account?

No. The app creates (or connects to) a real Klaviyo account. Everything you build inside Shopify (lists, forms, automations, campaigns) lives in that account and is fully visible if you sign in at klaviyo.com.

I already use Klaviyo. What do I see when I install the app?

If your Klaviyo account is already connected to this store through the Shopify integration, the app skips setup and shows your dashboard. If you use Klaviyo but this store isn't connected, use the Already using Klaviyo? link on the welcome screen to connect it rather than creating a second account.

Where do I manage individual subscriber profiles?

Manage individual customers in Shopify's Customers page, or sign in at klaviyo.com for Klaviyo's full profile, list, and segment tools.

Why is the app in a different language than I expected?

The app follows your Shopify admin language. If your language isn't supported yet, it falls back to English. Changing your Shopify admin language reloads the app in the new language.

What happens if I uninstall the app?

Your Klaviyo account and everything in it persist; uninstalling removes the app from your admin but doesn't delete your data. If you reinstall, you pick up where you left off, including mid-setup progress.

What can I only do at klaviyo.com?

Setting up a dedicated sending domain, browsing and editing profiles, building segments, multi-step automations, and SMS and other channels. The app links you to the right place when a task needs the full platform.

Do emails I send here count toward the same limits as klaviyo.com?

Yes. It's one account, so sends and live automations count together regardless of where you created them.
