How to Use the Account Family Dashboard
You will learn
Learn how to use the Account Family Dashboard to see every account in your account family, its status, and its link/unlink history, all from one tab.
Before you begin
You must be on a shared billing plan (an account family) to see this tab. See Understanding how shared billing works in Klaviyo if you'd like to request one.
Only parent or standalone accounts with Billing access can view the Account Family Dashboard. Child accounts do not have access to this tab.
The Account Family Dashboard
What it is: A dedicated tab that lists every account linked in your account family in one place.
Why it's here: Before this dashboard, parent accounts had no self-serve way to see the full picture of their account family; answering "who's in my family and when did they join" meant contacting support or building a manual list. This replaces that manual work.
What it lets you do:
- View every account currently in the family, alongside the parent.
- See each account's status (for example, active or unlinked).
- View a history of when each account was linked or unlinked from the family.
Where to find it: Click your organization name in the bottom left, click Billing, then select Account Family.
View the Account Family Dashboard
1. Click your account’s name in the bottom left corner.
2. Click the Billing tab.
3. Select Account Family.
4. Review the list of accounts in your family, their current status, and their link/unlink history.

Find usage for a specific account in your family
The Account Family Dashboard shows you who's in your family and their status.
To see how much each account is actually using, head to a product's plan detail page instead:
1. Click your organization's name in the bottom left corner.
2. Click Billing > Overview.
3. Click View on the product's usage card.
4. Look for the Account Family Breakdown table, and search by account name or KID to isolate one account's usage and its share of the family total.
See Understanding how shared billing works in Klaviyo and Understanding your account usage for more on reading that breakdown.
