Understanding your dashboard and analytics with Klaviyo in Wix
You will learn
Learn what each number on your Klaviyo dashboard means and when it updates. You can trust what you see and know what to expect from a brand-new site.
Ask Klaviyo
The top of the dashboard has an Ask Klaviyo box and suggested requests. Type a request or click a suggestion to open Composer, the AI assistant in the app. Composer builds automations and campaigns from your requests.
The metric cards
The cards at the top summarize the selected reporting period. The default is Last 30 days. Use the Time period dropdown above the cards to select Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or Last 90 days. Your selection also changes the results shown in the tables.
Sales and Attributed revenue show percentage changes compared with the preceding period of the same length. A comparison is not shown when the earlier value is 0 or comparison data is unavailable.
- Sales: gross sales from your Wix store for the selected period.
- Open rate: the share of delivered email campaign messages that were opened.
- Conversion rate: the share of email campaign recipients whose orders are attributed to the campaign.
- Attributed revenue: revenue attributed to your email campaigns and automated email flows after customers interact with those messages. This is the total of Campaign revenue and Automation revenue.
- Campaign revenue: revenue attributed to your email campaigns after customers interact with those messages.
- Automation revenue: revenue attributed to your automated email flows after customers interact with those messages.
The tables
- Campaigns: your email campaigns, including drafts and scheduled campaigns, with status, send date, open rate, click rate, and placed order rate.
- Automations: your automations, including drafts, with status, conversions, and conversion rate.
- Ways I'm collecting subscribers: your sign-up forms with status, submitted count, and submit rate.
When a table has more results, use Next and Previous below it to move between pages.
When numbers update
- Campaign, automation, and form results can stay unchanged for about 10 minutes, even after you refresh the page. A campaign you just sent does not move the cards immediately.
- If a newly created form, automation, or campaign does not appear in its table, refresh the page. If it is still missing, check that it was saved successfully.
What a brand-new site sees
A brand-new site can show zeros, dashes, or empty tables while activity builds. A dash means there is no result available for that value. For example, there are no campaign recipients, or order data is not available. Forms, automations, and campaigns can appear in their tables before they have results.
Unavailable on a card means the app cannot load the data. If a table shows a message that it cannot load, click Retry. If the error persists, refresh the page. If the error still persists, see the troubleshooting guide below.
