Learn how to edit or reschedule a scheduled campaign. You can edit both scheduled and draft campaigns.
You cannot edit a campaign or the campaign’s name once it’s been sent.
Edit a scheduled campaignEdit a scheduled campaign
If the campaign is scheduled to send in 15 minutes or less, you must cancel and clone it in order to make changes to it.
Make edits to a scheduled campaign by following the steps below:
- Navigate to the Campaigns tab.
- Click the additional options menu on the far right of the campaign you'd like to edit.
- Click Pause.
- Confirm that you want to edit the campaign in the modal that pops up.
- Navigate through the campaign creation wizard.
- Make your updates.
- Choose your scheduled time.
- Click Schedule.
- Note: If you do not schedule the campaign again, it will remain in draft mode and will not send at the original send time.
- If you do not finish editing and rescheduling your campaign, Klaviyo will notify you of this 24 and 3 hours before the original scheduled time.
Reschedule a scheduled campaign
Campaigns can only be rescheduled if they are scheduled for more than 15 minutes from the current time. Otherwise, you must cancel and clone the campaign to make changes to it.
You cannot update the timezone when rescheduling campaigns.
To reschedule a campaign, follow these steps:
- Locate the campaign you want to reschedule.
- Click the three vertical dots on the right-hand side.
- Click Reschedule.
- Choose the new date and time.
- Click Schedule.
Reschedule a draft campaign
To change the date of a scheduled campaign:
- Hover over your draft campaign (in the list view) or click on it (in the calendar view)
- In the modal that appears, click Change date.
