- You are an Admin or Editor on that Page
- Klaviyo role: Owner, Admin, or Manager

Setup Steps
Step 1 — Connect InstagramStep 1 — Connect Instagram
- In Klaviyo, go to Settings → Instagram
- Click “Connect to Instagram”.
- Select the Instagram Business account you want to connect to Klaviyo
Step 2 — Send yourself a test
- From the Instagram app, DM your brand’s account “Test.”
- Back in Klaviyo, go to Helpdesk and you’ll see a new conversation card with the Instagram logo.
