Before you beginBefore you begin
Here, we assume you already have a multi-step form where you collect both email and SMS consent.
This guide will walk through how to clone this form and adjust it to target those who are only subscribed to email. Cloning is the quickest and easiest way to set up this form. It allows you to copy the same branding and styles across forms, so you can publish it faster as well as create a cohesive, consistent opt-in experience.
