Learn how to update the credit card information associated with your account.
Please note that Klaviyo does not support multiple credit cards in a single account.
Before you begin
If you have several failed payments, your account will automatically be suspended. This is a sign that you may need to update your credit card information. Once you do and the overdue payment is processed, your account will automatically be re-enabled.
Update your credit card information
- Click your organization name in the bottom left
- Select Account & billing
- In the Overview tab, go to the Billling section
- Click Update Card
