Learn how to update your account's billing address or billing email address.
Before you beginBefore you begin
Only account Owners and Admins can update the billing address or billing email address.
You can only set 1 email address to receive billing notifications, and it defaults to the Owner's email address. If you need multiple people at your organization to receive notifications, we recommend creating an email alias and using that as your billing contact. Alternatively, contact our support team for assistance.

Change your billing addressChange your billing address
- Select your organization name in the bottom left corner.
- Choose Billing from the dropdown menu.
- Click Preferences.
- Scroll to the Billing address section.
- Input your Billing organization name.
- From here, you can either:
- Check the box to Use same address as my organization's contact information.
- Note that your organization's address is configured on the Organization settings page (navigate to Settings > Account > Organization).
- Manually input a the details for a different billing address.
- Check the box to Use same address as my organization's contact information.
- Select Update billing address.
If successfully saved, you will see a notification indicating that this billing address has been updated.
Update your billing email addressUpdate your billing email address
- Select your organization name in the bottom left corner.
- Choose Billing from the dropdown menu.
- Click Preferences.
- Scroll to the Billing email section.
- Input the new email address under Send billing notifications to.
- Click Update billing email.
Once successfully saved, you will see a notification indicating that this email address has been updated. That email address will remain in Klaviyo and any future billing notifications will be sent to this contact.
