You will learn

Learn what you will see when viewing campaigns and how to filter them. Klaviyo offers several ways to filter your campaigns, making it easy to see all of your campaigns of a certain type or find a single, specific campaign.

View all of your campaigns

  1. Navigate to your Campaigns tab.
The campaigns tab menu item in Klaviyo
  2. Note the list of campaigns and details available in this summary view, including the campaign channel (e.g., sms or email), open rate, and click rate.

Open rate is not tracked in Klaviyo for SMS, so you will always see a dash in place of a percentage for that channel. For push notifications, you’ll see the open rate, but there will be a dash for the click rate.

Filter your campaigns

There are several options for filtering campaigns:

  • Search bar
  • Channel type
  • Tag(s)
  • List/segment included
  • Status

Search bar

Using the search bar in the top left-hand side of your screen, you can search for a specific campaign name. For instance, if you are looking for a campaign called “Summer Launch 2020,” you can type in any part of this title to find the campaign(s) with that word in the name.

Channel Type

There are three types of channels a campaign can go through in Klaviyo:

  • Email
  • SMS
  • Push notifications

If you have SMS set up and/or push notifications enabled, you will see an option to filter campaigns by the channel type. From left to right, these options represent email, push notification, and SMS.

These options won’t appear if your account only has email enabled.

If you do not have either SMS or push notifications enabled in your account, you will not see an option to sort by channel.

Campaign channel filter buttons

To filter your campaigns by channel, click one of the icons. For instance, click the SMS icon to view only your SMS campaigns.

Tags

You can also use tags to search for campaigns. Either search by the tag name or scroll through a list and check the tag(s) you want to filter by. This makes it simple to search by the campaign’s goal (e.g., newsletter, product announcement, etc.) Learn more in our article on using tags to organize campaigns.

More filters: list/segment, status, and date range

The More Filters dropdown menu allows you to filter by the lists/segments included, the campaign status, and date range.

If you want to see all of the campaigns sent to a specific group of people, you can search by list or segment. Similar to tags, you can either input the name of the list or segment, or scroll through them. Note that you can select only one list or segment.

You can also filter by the status of your campaigns: Draft, Scheduled, and Sent. This makes it simple to, for example, get a high-level overview of all of your sent campaigns or see when campaigns are scheduled to send.

Another option is to filter for the campaigns from a certain date range to pull up all of your campaigns Combined with the Status filter, you can view all campaigns that were, for example, sent in the specified date range.

Sort your campaigns by date

There are several options for sorting campaigns by date. You can sort campaigns by the day they were:

  • Last modified
  • First modified
  • Last sent
  • First sent

You also have the option to specify the date range:

  • Last 7 days
  • Last 30 days (default)
  • Last 90 days
  • This year
  • Last year
  • Custom

This makes it simple to find campaigns when you are unsure about the exact name or date they were sent.
