Learn about your options when viewing, filtering, and sorting your campaigns. Klaviyo offers several display options for your campaigns, making it easy to understand your sending cadence and find campaigns that meet certain criteria.

View your campaigns

View your campaigns

Using either the list or calendar view, you can see your past and upcoming campaigns, along with summary details like the campaign’s open and click rate. Open rate is not tracked in Klaviyo for SMS, so you will always see a dash in place of a percentage for that channel. For push notifications, you’ll see the open rate, but there will be a dash for the click rate.

Use the search bar in the top left-hand side of your screen to search for a specific campaign name in list view. Search is not available in the calendar view.

For instance, if you are looking for a campaign called “Summer Launch 2020,” you can type in any part of this title to find the campaign(s) with that word in the name.

Channel

There are 3 types of campaigns available in Klaviyo:

  • Email
  • SMS
  • Push notifications

Or, use the A/B Test Only filter to see all A/B test campaigns in any channel. The option to filter campaigns by the channel type appears within the Filters menu under the Type heading.

Status

Status

Filter your campaigns based on their sending status (i.e., sent, scheduled, draft, ongoing, or canceled). Easily see the campaigns that subscribers have already received so you can review results, or filter for draft campaigns so you know what work still needs to be completed.

Sending order

Sending order

Sort by First sent to see your oldest campaigns first, or Last sent to see your newest campaigns first. When you set a sending order, all scheduled, draft, and canceled campaigns appear after your sent campaigns. This option is only available in list view, not in calendar view.

Tags

Tags

If you use tags to organize your campaigns, you can use them to filter your campaigns. Either search for the tag name or scroll through a list and check the tag(s) you want to filter by. This makes it simple to search by the campaign’s goal (e.g., newsletter, product announcement, etc.) Learn more in our article on using tags to organize campaigns.

Lists

Lists

Use the list filter to view only campaigns sent to a certain list or segment. If you choose multiple lists or segments, you’ll see any campaign sent to one or more of the selected lists/segments.

Sorting and filtering by date

Sorting and filtering by date

There are several options for sorting campaigns by date in list view. You can sort campaigns by the day they were sent using the Status column, or the date they were last updated using the Last updated column.

Reorder your campaigns by status

You also have the option to specify the date range:

  • Last 7 days
  • Last 30 days (default)
  • Last 90 days
  • This year
  • Last year
  • All time
  • Custom

This makes it simple to find campaigns when you are unsure about the exact name or date they were sent.
