Learn about your options when viewing, filtering, and sorting your campaigns. Klaviyo offers several display options for your campaigns, making it easy to understand your sending cadence and find campaigns that meet certain criteria.
View your campaignsView your campaigns
There are 2 ways to view your campaigns which can be toggled in the campaigns tab:
- List view
- Calendar view
Use either view to see your past and upcoming campaigns, along with summary details like the campaign’s open and click rate. Open rate is not tracked in Klaviyo for SMS, so you will always see a dash in place of a percentage for that channel. For push notifications, you’ll see the open rate, but there will be a dash for the click rate.
List viewList view
- Navigate to your Campaigns tab using the navigation sidebar.
- View your campaigns and the summary details, or hover over a campaign’s name for a more detailed view.
To change which columns are visible in the list view:
- Click the column filter icon on the far left of the filter bar.
- Toggle the visibility of each column. All columns will be on by default.
Calendar view
- Navigate to your Campaigns tab.
- Click the calendar icon in the top right.
- Click any campaign name to view a summary of the campaign’s details, including open and click rates if available.
Filter your campaigns
There are several options for filtering campaigns:
- Search bar
- Date range
- Audience
- Channels
- Status
- Tags
- A/B test
- Archive
- Conversion metric
Search bar
Use the search bar in the top left-hand side of your screen to search for a specific campaign name in list view. Search is not available in the calendar view.
For instance, if you are looking for a campaign called “Summer Launch 2025,” you can type in any part of this title to find the campaign(s) with that word in the name.
Date rangeDate range
Select a date range to filter for campaigns that were sent within a specific time period. Scheduled and draft campaigns are always displayed, regardless of date.
Choose between one of the following:
- Last 7 days
- Last 30 days
- Last 90 days
- Year-to-date
- Last year
- All time
- Custom range
To define a custom range, do either of the following:
- Type a start date and end date in the field below the custom range option.
- Click a start date and end date in the calendar on the right.
Audience
Use the list filter to view only campaigns sent to a certain list or segment. If you choose multiple lists or segments, you’ll see any campaign sent to one or more of the selected lists/segments.
ChannelsChannels
There are 3 types of campaigns available in Klaviyo:
- SMS
- Push
Email is enabled for your account by default, but SMS and push must be activated in order to appear as selectable options for campaigns.

For push:
StatusStatus
Filter your campaigns based on their sending status:
- Sent
- Scheduled
- Draft
- Cancelled
Easily see the campaigns that subscribers have already received so you can review results, or filter for draft campaigns so you know what work still needs to be completed.
TagsTags
Choose from custom tags you can create to organize your campaigns.

A/B testA/B test
View only campaigns that have an A/B test set up.
ArchiveArchive
View campaigns that have been archived.
Conversion metricConversion metric
Change the conversion metric displayed in the last column of the list view. Available metrics depend on your installed integrations.
If you change the conversion metric, it will change for all users of your account.
