How to add or remove an account from a portfolio
You must be a portfolio Owner and also an Owner or Admin in the account(s) that you want to add or remove.

This article is only for those with an existing portfolio. If you do not have a portfolio, see how to set up a portfolio.
Add an account to a portfolio
- Log in to your portfolio account.
- Navigate to Manage > Accounts.
- Select Add accounts in the upper right.
- Check the boxes for the account(s) you want to add.
Note: you must be an Owner or Admin in the account you want to add. Any account that you are a user in (but not an Owner or Admin) shows under the Unavailable tab.
- Select Add.
Remove or delete an account from a portfolio
You can remove an account from a portfolio from either the portfolio or through the account directly.
Portfolio instructions
Only the Owner can remove an account from within the portfolio. To do so:
- Log in to your portfolio account.
- Navigate to Manage > Accounts.
- Search for the account you want to remove.
- Click the 3-dot menu next to that account.
- Click Remove from portfolio.
- Confirm by clicking Remove in the modal.
Account instructions
From within an account, any Owner or Admin in the account can remove it from a portfolio:
- Log in to that account.
- Click the account name on the bottom left.
- Navigate to Settings > Organization.
- Select Remove from portfolio.
- Click Remove in the modal.
