Please note the following:

  • Several countries have laws against sending during quiet hours.
  • Quiet hours are only available for flows; however, you will get a warning if you attempt to send a campaign during quiet hours.
  • Klaviyo does not set quiet hours on a daily basis. Your chosen quiet hours will apply to all days of the week.
  • It’s recommended that you set up quiet hours so that flow messages are not sent between 8 p.m. and 11 a.m. ET in your recipient’s local time.
    • If you send to recipients in Alaska or Hawaii, either use quiet hours by area code or adjust the hours so that you aren’t sending between 8 p.m. and 2 p.m. ET.
