How to view analytics for an automation
Only Owners, Admins, and Managers can access this feature.
You will learn
See how to check the performance of an automation, including how many people entered or completed it.
Before you begin
Please note:
- Analytics only appear once an automation is set up.
- You can only access the analytics by navigating into the automation.
- Any changes you make to an automation do not affect the analytics.
View an automation’s analytics
Once you set an automation live, you can view an automation’s analytics.
To do so:
- Check that your automation is live.
- Click Show Analytics in the upper right.
- View the following information:
- Total audience
The number of people who entered the automation (i.e., who sent the trigger keyword). - Completion rate
The percentage of people who answered all messages and received a recommendation out of the total audience. (e.g., if 2 people entered the automation, but only 1 person completed it, the completion rate is 50%). - Click rate
The percentage of people clicked any link in an automation. Note that this rate is across all of the automation’s messages; you can’t currently check the click rate for an individual message or recommendation. - Attributed value
The amount of revenue generated from people who clicked a link from within an automation. Value is attributed to an automation based on your SMS attribution settings.
- Total audience
