Edit a Campaign

You can edit a campaign only if it has not yet been sent. If you have found a critical mistake and have caught it quickly either before the scheduled send or mid-send, you can cancel the campaign, clone that same campaign, make edits, and re-send to the same target list or segment.

Make edits to a draft campaign by following the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the Campaigns tab.
  2. Click on the draft campaign you would like to edit, or select Edit Content from the Actions icon on the right-hand side.

There, you can edit any of the sending options or content.

View a Campaign

Once a campaign has been sent, you cannot edit any part of the campaign or campaign settings, but you can view the content.

  1. Navigate to the Campaigns tab.
  2. Find the campaign you would like to view and click the Actions icon to the right of the campaign name.
  3. Select View Template.

Clone a Campaign

Both draft and sent campaigns can be cloned. If you are cloning a campaign in order to reuse a template you use regularly, we suggest cloning the campaign and then saving the campaign as a template

  1. Navigate to the Campaigns tab.
  2. Find the campaign you would like to clone and click the Actions icon to the left of the campaign name.
  3. Select Clone.
  4. Optional: In the modal, change the name or the cloned campaign and the list/segment it sends to.
  5. Select Clone Campaign in the modal to confirm and clone.

You can clone both SMS and email campaigns. However, do not simply clone an email campaign for SMS or vice versa, as the two channels have different best practices for content. You also don't want to send the same message via multiple channels, as those who consent to receive SMS marketingmay also be email subscribers and will therefore get the same message twice.

Archive a Campaign

Any campaign that was sent or cancelled can be archived.

  1. Navigate to the Campaigns tab.
  2. Find the campaign you would like to archive and click the Actions icon to the right of the campaign name.
  3. Click Move to Archive.

Archived campaigns do not show on the default Campaigns tab. To view them, go to the Options dropdown menu in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. Click View Archived Campaigns. There, you can unarchive a campaign by clicking the Actions icon to the right of the campaign name and then selecting Unarchive.
