We have many customers with free plans using the Klaviyo platform. At this time, we are only able to offer live support to customers on paid plans. Our self-service Help Center provides a robust, searchable database of information on all Klaviyo's features, as well as best practice tips and tricks. Here, you can find tutorials, articles, demo videos, and more. We will continue to provide support to all customers by updating and adding content to our Help Center.
When you're logged in to your Klaviyo account, our in-app support features can be accessed via the Support link in the top menu bar. From this location, you can:
- Search the Klaviyo Help Center
- Email support
- Live chat (available for customers on paid plans only)
Email support is available between 6a-10p ET on weekdays and 10a-4p ET on weekends.
From any main page within Klaviyo, find the Support link in the top menu bar. If you can't find what you're looking for after searching our Help Center, feel free to reach out.
We offer live chat for customers on paid plans between 9a-5p ET weekdays.
To access live chat, find the Support link in the top menu bar from any main page within Klaviyo. If you can't find what you're looking for after searching our Help Center, you'll see an option to chat live.
Unable to Access Live Chat?
Some ad blocking software or browser add-ons may prevent the Live Chat option from appearing in your account dropdown menu. If you're on a paid plan and you're experiencing difficulties accessing Live Chat, please try disabling any ad blockers or browser ad ons, and if the problem persists, reach out to our Customer Success team by email.
