How to export Klaviyo Reviews data

Learn how to export the reviews you collect in Klaviyo Reviews to a CSV. Once you’ve exported the data, you can analyze it using a spreadsheet tool like Google Sheets or import it into a new platform.
Export your reviews
You need permission to manage Reviews to export your reviews. To export your reviews:
- Select Website > Reviews from the left-side navigation in Klaviyo.
- Click All reviews.
- Select the Options menu.
- Click Export reviews.
- Review the filters in the Export reviews window and adjust them as needed. You can choose product or store reviews and filter by status, rating, and date range. For product reviews, you can also choose a specific product.
- Click Export to start the export.
You can navigate away from this page. When your reviews export is ready, you’ll receive an email at the address you use to sign in, with the subject line [ACCOUNT NAME] Your reviews data export is ready.
Export data
When you export your reviews data, the following columns will be included in your CSV:
- product_handle
- state
- rating
- title
- author
- location
- body
- reply
- created_at
- replied_at
- image_urls
