How to export Klaviyo Reviews data

Learn how to export the reviews you collect in Klaviyo Reviews to a CSV. Once you’ve exported the data, you can analyze it using a spreadsheet tool like Google Sheets or import it into a new platform. 

Export your reviews

To export your reviews: 

1. Select Reviews from the left-side navigation in Klaviyo. 
2. Click All Reviews. 
3. Select the Options menu.
4. Click Export Reviews.
   
5. You can navigate away from this page. When your reviews export is ready, the account owner will receive an email with the subject line [ACCOUNT NAME] Your reviews data export is ready. 

Export data 

When you export your reviews data, the following columns will be included in your CSV: 

• product_handle
• state
• rating
• title
• author
• email
• location
• body
• reply
• created_at
• replied_at
• image_urls
