Your account's timezone is used to display dates and times for all tracked events. If your timezone is improperly set, this may skew the tracked email and event activity, as well as general reporting that you see in Klaviyo. Adjusting Your Timezone Setting
To adjust the timezone for your account, click into your account dropdown in the upper right, and select Account. Then, navigate to Contact Information > Organization.
Click the dropdown under Timezone and choose your desired timezone. Then, click Update Timezone to save your changes.
