How to add branding from your website to your emails
Learn how to use the brand library to set up branding for your emails in Klaviyo. The brand library can detect your branding directly from your website, or you can upload content manually.
Detecting branding from your website is available for new accounts, if you’ve already updated your branding previously and would like to learn more, learn how to update your brand styles in Klaviyo.
The brand library can automatically detect and collect the following elements from your website:
- Logos
- Colors
- Buttons
- Fonts
Add branding from your website
When you’re setting up branding for the first time, you’ll see the option to automatically detect branding from your website and upload it to Klaviyo.
- Navigate to Content > Images & brand.
- Click Guide me.
- Select Detect from my website and enter your website’s URL.
- Click Next.
- Review the brand elements that were detected. If there are any you’d like to exclude, click them to deselect. Otherwise, click Next.
- Set up branding for your email templates. The header, footer, and body will be automatically populated with elements from the previous step, but you can manually change them as desired.
- Click Next.
- If you’re satisfied with your branding, click Exit. Otherwise, click Back to return to previous steps.
Add branding manually
If you don’t have a website set up or you’d like to upload everything yourself:
- Navigate to Content > Images & brand.
- Click Guide me > Add branding manually.
- In the editor, add elements to the header, body, and footer to the branding of your email templates.
- Click Next.
- If you’re satisfied with your branding, click Exit.
Update your brand style settings
Once you’ve set up your branding in the brand library, you can update your branding at any time.
- Navigate to Content > Images & brand.
- Select the Brand tab to add elements to your brand such as logos, colors, and fonts.
- Select Defaults to edit the header, body, and footer of your default email templates.
