How to access recent exports and downloads

Learn how to find your recent exports by accessing the Downloads tab. Here, you'll see a list of all of your downloads from the last 30 days and can check the progress of any pending downloads.
Only Klaviyo users with the Owner or Admin roles can access the Downloads tab and export lists or segments.
Find your recent exports and downloads
- Click your organization name in the bottom left corner.
- Click Settings > Other.
- Select Downloads to see a list of exports and downloads from your account within the last 30 days. The list is split into pages with 10 results per page.
- Click Download to the right of any export to re-download an item.
