Scopri come trovare le esportazioni recenti accedendo alla scheda Download. Qui vedrai un elenco di tutti i download degli ultimi 30 giorni e potrai controllare lo stato di avanzamento di eventuali download in sospeso.
Solo gli utenti Klaviyo con i ruoli Proprietario o Amministratore possono accedere alla scheda Download ed esportare elenchi o segmenti.
Trova le tue esportazioni e i tuoi download recenti
- Clicca sul nome della tua organizzazione nell'angolo in basso a sinistra.
- Fai clic su Impostazioni > Altro.
- Seleziona Download per visualizzare un elenco di esportazioni e download dal tuo account negli ultimi 30 giorni. L'elenco è suddiviso in pagine con 10 risultati per pagina.
- Fai clic su Scarica a destra di qualsiasi esportazione per scaricare di nuovo un elemento.
