Understanding free plan limits and upgrading with Klaviyo in Wix

Learn what is included in your free Klaviyo plan inside Wix, what happens when you reach a limit, and what changes (and does not change) when you upgrade.

What the free plan includes

Your free plan includes email campaigns, automated messages, sign-up forms, your site's audience data, Composer, and dashboard analytics, with these limits:

• 3 automated messages live at once. The count includes automations created at klaviyo.com.
• 250 active profiles and 500 emails per month.
• 1 live sign-up form.
• A monthly allowance of Composer credits.
• Powered by Klaviyo branding on emails and forms.

Email campaigns and automated messages share the same monthly email allowance, including emails sent from klaviyo.com.

What happens at a limit

• At 3 live automated messages, you can create another as a draft, turn an existing automation off to free a slot, or upgrade. Your existing automations are not deleted.
• If you reach your email send limit, campaign and automated email sending pauses until your monthly allowance resets or you upgrade to a plan with more email sends. You see a warning as you approach it.
• When you reach the active profile limit, the dashboard shows Profile limit reached with an Upgrade option. You also see a warning as you approach this limit.
• At 1 live form, you can save another form as a draft. When you set a draft form live, choose Set this form live instead to unpublish the current form and publish the draft, or upgrade to keep more than 1 form live.
• If you run out of Composer credits, the dashboard shows Monthly AI credit limit reached — Composer paused. Composer cannot create or change items until your monthly allowance resets or you upgrade. Your live forms and automations continue to run. You also see a warning as you approach this limit.

Upgrading

To upgrade, you need permission to manage billing in Klaviyo:

1. When you approach or reach a limit, the dashboard shows a banner. Click Upgrade.
2. Follow the option shown:
   • If you see Create your Klaviyo login, click it. Klaviyo sends an email to your inbox with a link to set your password. Open that email and click the link. If the email does not arrive, use Resend email.
   • If you see Go to Klaviyo, click it and sign in if prompted.
3. In Klaviyo, select a plan and complete checkout. If plan selection does not open, select Billing from your account menu, then click Change plan.

What changes when you upgrade

• Everything stays connected: your lists, forms, automated messages, and campaign history carry over unchanged.
• A paid email plan increases your email and active profile limits, removes the live automation and form limits, and removes the Powered by Klaviyo branding.
• At klaviyo.com, you can manage SMS, build advanced multi-step automations, and view more detailed analytics. SMS has its own plan and sending allowance.

Note: Nothing on your Wix site changes when you upgrade. The app and your site work exactly as before.
