You will learn

Use Comments in Klaviyo’s forms editor to leave feedback directly on form blocks, collaborate with teammates, and track outstanding changes without moving your review conversation to another tool.

Before you begin

Comments are available in the forms editor. They also work in landing pages and in-app forms.

Overview

Comments let your team collaborate directly on a form while reviewing its content. You can:

  • Add a comment to a specific block.
  • Reply to an existing comment thread.
  • React to comments.
  • Resolve comments.
  • Filter comments to find the threads you want to review.

Comments appear in two places: as an indicator on the canvas next to the block they refer to, and in a comment panel beside the form.

Comments work across every step of a multi-step form. All comments appear in one panel, and selecting a comment associated with another step takes you to that step.

Comments also work across A/B versions. A comment added to version A appears in the comment panel while you are viewing version B. Selecting the comment switches you to the version where it was added.

Set it up

Add a comment to a block

  1. Open a form in the forms editor.
  2. Select the block you want to discuss.
  3. From the block’s quick action menu, click the speech bubble icon.
  4. Add your comment.

Your comment appears next to the related block on the canvas and in the comment panel.

Manage a comment thread

In the top-right corner of the editor header, click the speech bubble icon to open the comment panel beside the form and review the conversation. From there, you can reply, react, resolve, or filter comment threads.
