Overview

You can report on your coupons by exporting the data directly from Klaviyo. It’s possible to export information about both Klaviyo-generated and uploaded coupons. For Klaviyo coupons, you can determine which customer a code was sent to, coupon name, sent date, and more. The export for uploaded coupons includes details about which codes are assigned versus unassigned.

In this article, we will explain how to export both types of coupons and what information is included.

Klaviyo-Generated Coupons (Integration-Specific)

Navigate to the Coupons tab, find the coupon you want, then click View History from the Actions dropdown. On the coupon history page, select which versions of the coupon definitions you’d like to export. Any coupon versions created before August 26, 2020 will show as “unknown,” as coupon information before this point was not logged.

When you finish selecting the definitions, click Export in the upper right corner. The Export Coupon Report modal will appear. There, select whether you want to export:

  • Active and expired codes (the default)
  • Active codes only
  • Expired codes only

Next, click the Export Coupon Report button.

  • Customer email

  • Klaviyo coupon ID
  • Coupon name
  • Sent date
  • Expiration date
  • Code expiration status
  • Code definition

Uploaded Coupons

In the Coupons tab, head to Uploaded Coupons. On the right-hand side, click the Actions dropdown menu for one of the coupons and select Export.
