Once you have integrated, customer data, along with ecommerce event data, will begin syncing to your Klaviyo account.

Before you begin

To enable the Mi9 integration in your Klaviyo account, you need to provide an API username and password. Before you begin, contact Mi9 and request these credentials.

  1. In your Klaviyo account, click your account name in the lower left corner and select the Integrations tab.
  2. Click All Integrations and search for Mi9. Click Add Integration.

  4. You can sync your new customers to a specific list in Klaviyo by checking the box to Subscribe new customers to a Klaviyo list, and selecting the list you would like to use. All new customers that opt-in to receiving marketing communications from you, and place an order, will automatically be synced to this list.
  5. After you've filled out your settings, click Connect to Mi9 and your data will begin syncing to Klaviyo.

Contact Mi9 to install the Klaviyo plugin

The Klaviyo Plugin for Mi9 adds a number of essential features to your Mi9 integration:

  • Klaviyo Active on Site tracking
This metric is tracked whenever an identifiable browser visits your website.
  • Klaviyo Viewed Product tracking
This metric is tracked whenever an identifiable browser views a product page on your website (for ecommerce stores).
  • Started Checkout tracking
This event is tracked every time a customer starts a checkout and enters their email on the checkout screen. Mi9 adds this as a custom event to your account.
  • Mi9 signup forms
Mi9 can sync your existing signup forms to add new signups to a specific list in your Klaviyo account.
  • Klaviyo signup forms
If you want to use Klaviyo signup forms, Mi9 can add the Klaviyo Signup Form install code to your site. After this code is added, you can create, edit, and publish forms directly from your Klaviyo account.

Determine which of the features above you would like to enable, and then locate your Klaviyo public API key and contact Mi9. Mi9 will add the necessary code to your site.
