Adjusting Your Timezone Setting
The Timezone setting for your account is used to display dates and times for all tracked events. If your timezone is improperly set, this may skew the tracked email and event activity, as well as general reporting, that you see in Klaviyo.
To adjust the Timezone setting for your account, navigating to Account using the drop-down menu in the upper righthand corner of your Klaviyo account. Here, navigate to Contact Information > Organization. At the bottom of this window, you will see a Timezone selector.
