You must be an Org Super Admin to turn on data sharing.

Learn what data sharing is within an organization, why you'd turn it on, and how it connects to account linking consent.

What is data sharing

Data sharing is what powers cross-brand identity resolution: linking matching customer profiles across your linked accounts so you can see and act on the full relationship a customer has with your brands.

Account data itself is never merged or modified. Profiles are linked for analytics and insights only, so each account still owns its own data, its own consent, and its own sending reputation. Before any linking happens, you can preview the matches (e.g., seeing that "Chris Apple" exists as a profile in 3 of your 4 linked accounts) so you know exactly what will be linked before you confirm it.

Data sharing works together with account linking and requires consent from the individual account admins before any profile data is linked at the organization level, captured through an addendum.
