How to enable and disable hosted pages

Learn how to turn on hosted pages in your Klaviyo account. You can use hosted pages to display custom-coded consent pages to your subscribers, rather than using Klaviyo's default consent pages.
This article explains how to turn on the hosted pages setting in your account.

Turn on hosted pages
To enable hosted pages, your account must have paid email features and have passed account verification. You also need permission to edit account settings. If your account does not meet these requirements, you will not see the option to enable hosted pages.
Before you can replace one of your account's default consent pages, you must enable hosted pages. To enable hosted pages:
- Click your organization name in the bottom left corner.
- Navigate to Settings > Other > Consent pages.
- Select Enable Custom Pages to turn this feature on and add the Hosted pages tab under Settings > Other.
Enabling hosted pages does not replace your existing consent pages. Next, head to how to custom code consent pages to create your custom page and assign it to the consent pages you want to replace.
Stop using a hosted page
To switch a consent page back to Klaviyo's built-in page, follow these steps. Do not delete the hosted page's HTML. You need permission to edit consent pages.
- For an account default page, navigate to Settings > Other > Consent pages. For a page assigned to a specific list, navigate to Audience > Lists & segments, choose the list, and select Consent pages.
- Find the consent page that uses the hosted page you want to remove: Preference page, Subscribe page, or Email unsubscribe page.
- Open the 3-dot menu next to the Edit Page button.
- Select Remove Hosted Page.
- In the confirmation window, click Remove Hosted Page again.
The selected consent page now uses its built-in version. The custom hosted page file remains available in Hosted pages, and the hosted pages feature stays enabled. Repeat these steps for any other consent pages or lists where you want to stop using the hosted page.
