For most major ecommerce platform integration, the proper setting is checked by default when you integrate with Klaviyo. For some integrations, however, you may need to take an extra step to enable sign-up forms.

If you use a platform without a pre-built Klaviyo integration (a “custom integration”) you will need to manually install a piece of code called Klaviyo.js in order to enable sign-up forms. Navigate to our developer portal guide for manual installation for instructions.

Please note that new sign-up forms will not render for browsers using Internet Explorer. Custom-built sign-up forms will continue to render for those using any type of web browser.
