Learn how to customize the footer of your emails to best suit your business needs.

Please note that by default, all free email accounts include Klaviyo branding in their email footers. However, all customers on paid profile and email plans will automatically have Klaviyo's branding removed.

This guide addresses how to adjust the default Klaviyo branding in email templates. For assistance with editing the content in your templates, head to our Guide to the email template editor.

For free accounts, the Klaviyo logo will appear at the bottom of all emails.

To choose a different style for your default Klaviyo branding:

  1. Click on your organization name in the bottom left corner of Klaviyo.
  2. Click Settings.

  3. Select the Email tab.
  4. In the Sender information section, select 1 of 4 options to tailor the Klaviyo branding to your preferred style.
  5. To apply your chosen style, click Save.
