Learn how to view and configure the settings for a flow message which includes settings such as Smart Sending and UTM tracking.
Review a flow message’s settings
- Click on an email card within a flow.
- View the Settings section at the bottom of the lefthand sidebar.
- Click the gear icon to the right to view and edit several settings shown below.
- Smart Sending
Decide whether you would like to turn Smart Sending on or off for a particular email. By default, this will be toggled ON.
- UTM Tracking
Decide whether you would like to turn UTM Tracking on or off for a particular email. By default, this will be toggled OFF.
- Additional Filters
Add additional filters that apply exclusively to a particular email. This can be a useful tool if you would like to restrict an email to a particular group of people without creating an entirely separate path for them to go down using a Conditional Split. By default, this will be toggeled OFF.
