Learn how to view and configure the settings for a flow message which includes settings such as Smart Sending and UTM tracking.

Review a flow message’s settings

1. Click on an email card within a flow.
2. View the Settings section at the bottom of the lefthand sidebar.
3. Click the gear icon to the right to view and edit several settings shown below.

• Smart Sending
  Decide whether you would like to turn Smart Sending on or off for a particular email. By default, this will be toggled ON.
• UTM Tracking 
  Decide whether you would like to turn UTM Tracking on or off for a particular email. By default, this will be toggled OFF.
• Additional Filters
  Add additional filters that apply exclusively to a particular email. This can be a useful tool if you would like to restrict an email to a particular group of people without creating an entirely separate path for them to go down using a Conditional Split. By default, this will be toggeled OFF.
