You will learn

Learn how to create, edit, publish, and remove sign-up forms in the Klaviyo app so you can grow your subscriber list directly from your Wix site.

Before you begin

Requirement: Forms only display on your Wix site when your site is published.

On the free Klaviyo plan, you can have 1 live sign-up form at a time. You can save additional forms as drafts, or upgrade your account to publish more forms.

Create a form

Klaviyo in Wix offers one form layout. You edit its text and publish it.

  1. From your dashboard, find Ways I'm collecting subscribers and click Create form. If your free plan already has 1 live form, click Create draft in the prompt to continue. The form editor opens.
  2. Customize the content in the editor. The editor shows each step of the form from top to bottom.
  3. Click the text that you want to change, then type your edit. Review each step of the form before you publish.
  4. Click Set Live to save the form and publish it on your site. Or click Save to keep it as a draft. After you publish, the button reads Live.

Subscribers who sign up through your form join your email marketing list, which also triggers your welcome email if it is live.

Edit a form

The steps below apply to forms created in the app. For a form created outside the app, click Edit in Klaviyo when prompted, then select the form on klaviyo.com to make changes.

Note: When you save an edit, Klaviyo updates the existing form and keeps its performance statistics. If the form is live, your changes publish when you save. A draft stays unpublished.

  1. On the dashboard, open the form from the Ways I'm collecting subscribers table.
  2. The form editor opens with your form. Make your changes in the editor.
  3. Click Save.

Publish or unpublish a form

Use Set Live or Set Draft to control whether the form shows on your site.

If another form is already live on the free plan, Set Live opens a prompt. Choose Set this form live instead to unpublish the current live form and publish this one. Or upgrade to keep multiple forms live.

Delete a form

  1. On the dashboard, open the row menu for the form in Ways I'm collecting subscribers.
  2. Click Delete and confirm. You see Form deleted.

When you delete a form, the subscribers it already collected stay on your email marketing list.
