I set my abandoned cart email to send 30 minutes after someone abandons a cart. Why hasn't my customer received their email?
Because your ecommerce integration can sync anywhere from a few minutes to up to an hour, remember to take into account the general sync timing for your ecommerce integration. For example, the OpenCart integration syncs once every hour. If your first abandoned cart email is set to send 30 minutes after someone abandons a cart, your customer might not receive that first email. In this case, it would be safest to set your delay for a minimum of 1 hour and 15 minutes, to accommodate for the OpenCart general sync timing of 1 hour.
