About partner-created templates
Partner-created templates are created by members of Klaviyo’s tech and agency partner program. These Klaviyo experts design templates that are available to all and free to use from your Klaviyo account. You can identify these templates by the Partner created badge in the template preview.
To browse and use partner-created templates:
- Navigate to Content > Templates.
- Navigate to the Email library tab.
- Select Partner created from the filters menu.
- Click any template to see a preview. You can see the partner that created it in the preview modal.
- Select Use template to create a copy in your account and open it in the template editor. Customize the template.
- When you finish editing, click Exit. Your copy is available in the Email: saved tab.
