How to create an organization

You must have Owner/Admin access on all accounts you plan to link, and be prepared to act as the org's Super Admin.

Learn how to request and set up a new Klaviyo Organization to link and centrally manage your brand accounts.

Create an organization

1. Reach out to your CSM to request an organization. You cannot create an organization on your own.

• If you don't have a CSM, we recommend setting up a portfolio instead.

2. Provide your CSM with the following:

• A Super Admin: this person must be an Owner/Admin on every account you plan to link. Additional Super Admins can be added later, once the organization exists.
• Your parent account ID: only needed if you're a manually billed, contracted customer. Once a parent account is linked, all child accounts under that billing family are linked automatically. If you're not on a contracted plan, you can link individual accounts instead.

3. Check your email for an invite from Klaviyo. Accept the invite within 24 hours to join the organization as Super Admin. The invite expires after 24 hours.
4. Once inside the organization, add users and start using its functionality.
