Learn how to sync BigCommerce email subscribers to a Klaviyo list. 

Before you begin

The email subscriber sync is usually set up during the integration process. If you integrated without setting up the subscriber sync, continue reading to learn how to set it up. If needed, you can read our guide on getting started with BigCommerce for end to end integration instructions.

How to sync subscribers to a list

1. In Klaviyo, select your account name in the lower left and click Integrations.
2. Select BigCommerce to access your BigCommerce integration settings page.
3. Under Sync settings, check the box next to Sync your BigCommerce email subscribers to Klaviyo.
   
4. Choose the list that you’d like to add subscribers to. It’s best practice to add them to your main list such as your Email List. Note that you cannot select a segment; you must add your subscribers to a list.
5. If you don't see any lists populate:
1. Click the Audience dropdown and select Lists & segments.
2. Click Create List/Segment, then choose List to create a new list.
3. Navigate back to your BigCommerce integration settings to see your new list appear in the dropdown.
6. Click Update Settings at the bottom of the page.

Who will be added to my list?

Contacts who opt in during a checkout or through a BigCommerce footer form will be subscribed to the Klaviyo list you select.
