You must be an Org Super Admin, and an Admin or Owner of the account you want to link, in order to link an account.
You will learn
Learn how to link an account to your organization, and how account linking affects access for Org Super Admins.
How linking works
- Linking a parent account automatically links all child accounts under that billing family.
- A single account that isn't part of a billing family can also be linked on its own. If it later joins a billing family, it will need to be unlinked first.
- You can link multiple full billing families to one organization.
Only an existing Org Super Admin can grant someone else Org Super Admin status. Once someone is an Org Super Admin, they automatically have access to every account in the org. There's no need to be individually added to each one. For more on roles and permissions, see understanding user roles for organizations.
