This article will walk you through integrating Delighted with Klaviyo. After completing all of the steps on this guide, you'll be able to segment and communicate to your customers based on Delighted data.
Add the Delighted Integration
After logging into your account, click the account dropdown and create a new private API key by selecting Account > Settings > API Keys > Create API Key.
Back in your Delighted account, head to Integrations > Klaviyo and paste your private API Key into the space provided and select Connect to Klaviyo.
After your Delighted account is integrated with Klaviyo, feedback data is synced into the corresponding Klaviyo profile. The synced data is the score, comment (if applicable), and survey type. If there isn't an existing profile for someone in Klaviyo, a profile will be created when synced to your Klaviyo account.
