Hello- We are trying to collect email addresses from our Etsy customers and at our in person events. I want to create different sign up form (landing pages) for the different sales channels. I would like to use Klaviyo for all email marketing. Presently, we use Klaviyo for our Shopify store. The only way we can collect Etsy emails is by adding a Sign up form to our shop and in the thank you we send after the customer purchases. Is it possible to create different sign up forms with different discount codes for different sales channels such as Etsy.
Hi there,We have created a form in Jotform that is integrated with our Stripe. The payments are pulling through to Klaviyo as ‘issued invoice’, ‘successfully paid’ and the customer is a paying subscriber.How do we tag this customer as a subscriber that can move in and out of our active customer segment?We are using Zapier to send events between Jotform/Klaviyo and can also use for Stripe but I can’t seem to find the answer online.Thanks
Suddenly today, even with no changes made on our end, the default name we want to appear when we send emails to our customers is showing up as “Hello com” and not our business name. We have checked the settings and nothing was changed and appears correct on our end. But in inboxes, our emails now come from this Hello com address. No solution found when searching. Is this a glitch or issue Klaviyo is fixing? Or did we do something wrong (without touching anything)?

Hi,For some time now, we’ve had strong Open Rates for our broadcasts - in the early 70’s on average. However since Feb/March, they have dropped significantly down to the late 50’s. Digging a little deeper, I can see that Gmail seems to be the culprit as the Open Rate for these subscribers was around 70% in January but is now just 45% :( I’m quite concerned by this as Gmail subscribers make up around 60% of our base. Does anyone know what could have caused this and how can I fix?
