I had to cancel my campaign mid-send because I noticed an error. How do I resend without emailing those who have already received the original campaign?

You can create a segment of your customers who received the first send and exclude those customers from your secondary send. To do this, navigate to your Lists & Segments tab and click to create a new segment. Once you have named your segment, choose the following definition:

What someone has done (or not done) >> Has received email at least once over all time
Where Campaign Name equals __________

When you create your second campaign, you will choose to include your lists or segments from the original send AND exclude the segment that you just created to ensure that customers do not receive multiple emails.
