Is it possible for a single person to have separate SMS and email profiles?
Yes, this is possible. If a person fills out a Subscribe via SMS form and is not cookied with their email at that time, this will create a separate phone-number-only profile. Phone number only profiles do not count toward your Active Profiles for billing purposes. Similarly, if a phone-number-only profile exists, and the same person enters their email, without entering their phone number and without being cookied, this will create a separate email-only profile.
