Need help designing your signup forms, and aren't sure where to start? The Form Library is a great place to get beautiful, pre-designed forms that you can customize and publish to your site. Instead of starting with a blank slate, select a form from the Form Library and use this as a launching pad to create a form that converts site visitors. All the forms in Form Library are based on existing high-performing forms in terms of CTA, layout, behavior, and more to ensure that they will be effective.
Create a Form from the Form Library
First, navigate to the Signup Forms tab in your account and click Create Signup Form.
Then browse the library and select the form that you would like to use. If you would prefer to create your own brand new form, you can click Create from Scratch. Otherwise, you can sort by the following to narrow your search:
Choose whether you would like to use a popup, flyout, or embedded form.
Choose whether you would like your form to be optimized for desktop, mobile, or both.
Select a goal for your form. You can choose between capturing new email subscribers, capturing new SMS subscribers, or notifying site visitors about an announcement.
When you select a form that works for you, click on it and you will be prompted to name it. If you choose a form where the goal is capturing new subscribers, you will also be prompted to choose a list to connect it to. This is the list subscribers are added to when they submit the form.
Once you've named the form and selected the correct list (if applicable), click Create Form. You will then be brought to the Signup Form Builder, where you can further customize the look and feel of your form.
