How do I resend a campaign to recipients that didn't open it the first time?

Please note that this is not considered best practice. If you send to unengaged customers, it will hurt your sender reputation and deliverability.

You can resend a campaign to contacts that did not open by first creating a segment of those profiles. The segment definition should be "Received Email at least once over all time where Campaign equals {campaign name} AND Opened Email zero times over all time where Campaign equals {campaign name}". Once you have this segment you can clone your original campaign, and change the list/segment that was originally assigned to the new segment you just created.
