While Klaviyo does not have a built-in integration with Privy, you can still integrate your Privy account with Klaviyo. This is possible via an integration available through Privy.
Before you get started, you must already have existing lists in your Klaviyo account that you are hoping to link up to Privy.
Connect your Privy Account to Klaviyo
To link your Privy account to Klaviyo, first navigate to your Privy account's Settings.
Next, navigate down to Business Settings and click Linked Accounts. You will find Klaviyo on the Available Integrations list.
After entering in the Email Address used your for Klaviyo account, you will also have to provide a Private API Key (found by navigating to Account > Settings > API Keys) in Klaviyo:
You will then have successfully linked your Klaviyo account.
Once you configure a new Campaign in Privy, you will have the option to set up an Email Sync. This is where you can configure your Campaign to sync directly to a chosen list in Klaviyo.
Campaigns that sync to Klaviyo will sync custom fields for new signups – there is no additional setup required.
In addition to custom field support, Campaigns using the following custom field names will sync directly to the Klaviyo CRM:
- Phone Number
- Organization (or Organisation)
